For Koffer Luggage Storage, we charge approximately 1 EUR per hour per luggage item. For our self-service lockers (Koffer Lockers Budapest & Parliament), we charge approximately 1 EUR per hour per storage with a maximum daily cap of approximately 8 EUR.

We offer three locker sizes: Small (S) - 44 × 34 × 60 cm; Medium (M) - 58 × 36 × 60 cm; Large (L) - 88 × 36 × 60 cm. All sizes can accommodate various luggage types from backpacks to large suitcases.

We accept card payments at all our locations. For the self-service lockers, payment is made via the card terminal on-site. At our staffed Koffer Luggage Storage location, you can pay by card or cash.

Koffer Luggage Storage (staffed location) is open from 9 am to 9 pm daily. Our self-service Koffer Lockers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Absolutely! Security is our top priority. Our staffed location has dedicated team members who personally ensure the safety of your belongings. Our automated lockers use secure PIN codes that only you know, and the facilities are monitored for your peace of mind.

Yes! At our Koffer Luggage Storage location, we offer discounts for groups storing more than 6 bags. Please contact us for more details on group rates.

Yes! We offer fixed-price airport transfers from Budapest Airport directly to your apartment or vice versa. Our drivers are professional and English-speaking. Call us to arrange your transfer.

No worries! You will simply be charged for the additional hours at the standard hourly rate. For lockers, any remaining balance will be requested at the terminal when you pick up. For the staffed location, please try to pick up before closing time (8 pm).

When you drop off your luggage, you create a personal PIN code. Take a photo of your PIN and locker number for safekeeping. When returning to pick up, enter your PIN and locker number at the terminal to open your locker.

If you lose or forget your PIN, please call us immediately at +36 70 317 0062. Our team will assist you in verifying your identity and retrieving your luggage safely.

Reservations are optional but recommended. At Koffer Luggage Storage, you get a 20% discount when you make a reservation. For the lockers, booking online helps guarantee availability during busy periods.
